Гостевой дом «Рыжая сова» располагается у подножья горы Мангутай, на берегу Байкала. В деревянном благоустроенном коттедже 4 спальни, из окон которых открывается вид на снежные горы, большая столовая, каминный зал, кухня, душ, два туалета. Комфортно могут разместиться не больше 15 человек. К услугам гостей — баня, беседка, мангал и коптилка для рыбы, а в летнее время ещё отдельный бассейн для взросых и отдельный для детей.
